Brammer & Co specialises in strategy and business development and strategic communications both as an independent strategic advisor and as a board member/chairman. Brammer & Co primarily works with SMEs on understanding their strategic challenges and helping them develop and execute strategies that ensure sustainable and profitable growth. Brammer & Co assists clients both in strategy development and execution ensuring that strategies are realised and results are achieved.
Brammer & Co bases the approach and the methodology on the needs of the clients. Each client engagement is designed to accommodate the goals, requests and challenges of the client. The starting point for Ditte Kirstein Brammer is to ensure a process that will yield the required results; hence, each process is different and reflects the client’s specific situation. However, all client engagements include regular involvement of the management team through daily, weekly or monthly workshops. Some clients prefer shorter projects of for example a full-day seminar or a 4 to 8 week project; some prefer longer engagements for example including strategy development and follow up sessions during strategy execution.
